This is still the testing phase?

Maybe MA will change it a bit? Some attributes on each mob on 2nd to last stage? or Plushie when completing repeatable stage? Or something to make it a bit more fun then just sticking with 1 mob forever.
 
Yeah, just pick the best mob to hunt and stay on that forever...

Not so long ago MA stated that they wanted to diversify the mobs that were hunted. This is going to have the opposite affect I think.

I just hope there are challenges that allow u to get attributes too..

Just a wild guess, but we'll probably see attribute tokens as rewards in event missions now.

It took 3.400 killpoints in the 'old' mission system to complete the stage. I did gen 5-7 so 10-11 points per mob. That was 0.2x% to 0.3x% on that progress bar. Just to give an idea.

I've edited the list of skills in post 2 to rename them skill set 1, 2, 3 and 4. I think we're pretty clear how the reward structure works now, so don't need more than this, though we could use some further detail of stage 26 rewards, and if you do happen to find any variations, please say so.

I'm away over the weekend so will pick up any further data when I'm back and will start posting some tables of the data, which is starting to shape up (though with 130 missions to complete, there are obviously lots of gaps).

If we can get a full set of data for stages 1-26 on a single mob, that would be very useful.

7-25 ped TT reward, u can pick ALL previous skills.
Probably same for all other challenges as well (can pick all previous skills).

All stages were increasing slowly slowly but the repeatable seems to be compared to rank 25 rank 26 is like 20 times more kills needed.
 
I have compared MikeH's data set of sabakuma with ranks of molisk and kerberos. It apperas that the reward for all ranks can be calculated by using a multiplier of the Rank 1 reward. I assume here that it holds for all mobs - rounding errors excepted (if you encounter a mob where the multipliers do not fit, please reply to thread and post your proof).

Disclaimer: Rank 26 multipliers MAY be wrong (I only have data from sabakuma) - I doubt that e.g. Molisk (Rank 1 value 10 pec) has a reward value of 200 ped on Rank 26 (Set 1), but maybe it does. Or maybe Rank 26 does not adhere to a general multiplier.

To figure out ALL reward values in PED/PEC, just multiply the reward of Rank 1 with the multipliers below.

EDIT: It appears that Rank 1 rewards can be calculated by the simple formula HP_lowest maturity /16 = Rank 1 reward in pec.

Example: Molisk has 10 pec reward on Rank 1. To find reward on e.g. rank 16, I compute 36 x 10 pec = 360 pec. (also note that lowest maturity is 160 HP. 160/16 = 10 pec = rank 1 reward)

Note: For robots (and other mobs) with Set 4 (analysis, botany etc.), You need to further multiply Set 3 values with 2/3 to get Set 4 values.

Technically, if you can figure out the exact amount of peds cycled/kills you need to cycle for Rank 1, you can use the multipliers below to know the exact amount to cycle/kill for each Rank 1-25

Good job guys, that seems to have everything covered then. We can now calculate (approximate) values of all rewards from the first stage rewards.

I'll keep collecting the confirmed specific values for the purposes of the Creatures threads too.
 
I've been collecting as many Stage 1 missions as I can, and have 110/130 so far. I haven't been to CP or Cyclops Depths yet, so I assume I could add Aurli, Kreltin, Marcimex, and Mind Reaver, as well as Eomon and Longtooth when they appear. I think there are 6 space mobs I'm missing. That would make 122/130. Do Calamusoids in the instance have one? Other possible event ones are Spider Bomber, Jamraider and RX units. Still a few missing there - perhaps Mayhem mobs will have separate missions. Anyone else found anything I'm missing?

That means that the repeatable mission is over 2.4 times the size of ALL the previous 25 missions combined! :eyecrazy:
So, if you are still on the lower levels of some more sizeable mob and finding it hard already, just imagine trying to go through the repeatable mission even once!!!

Planning in about 1 year to finish to level 25? Then plan in 2.5 years for the repeatable? :laugh:

So the big question is, when is somebody going to finish one of the bigger missions and can tell us?
If the multiplier is also at 2000 for all mobs, will MA maybe learn better balancing and change it so that people can repeat various mobs instead of having to stick to one mob for literally years?

To me it looks more like reach level 25 = stop there and never kill another one of that mob again, cause you'll not have a life after that if you continue!

Now I finished stage 5 so unable to directely compare stages..

Can confirm, soc mate told me shinkiba rank 26, = 0.05% per kill so 2000 kills of stalkers to complete.

And then there are punies. Do they count towards their "adult" mobs now? what about mobs like Freshwater Calypsocod, Highland Longtooth and Swampland Allophyl (if those still exist, of course)?
