Contents sold with estate?

I have a small question, tried to search for the answer but did not find it.

When I transfer a deed to an apartment, do all the items in the apartment get transfered too?

Yes, and I believe when an estate deed is put on auction the items are put in lock-down.

I can confirm that if you buy a property with items in it, when you claim that property you get the items.

I bought an apart, and it came complete with 1 pile of dung, 3 fruit, and 4 nallo ceiling lamps. This would seem conclusive proof that the previous owner "lost them".

If you put the deed on auction while you still have items in the appartment, these will be tranferred to the new owner.

The reason is probably to enable a market for fully furnished homes.

Only seen a handful of those on auction though, through-out my time in EU.
