The forum rules doesn't state that you can't promote a transation done by an estate shopkeeper

So I certainly don't expect at the moment it to be deleted or closed unless the starter of the thread asks for it

It is within the forum trading policy to offer items for sale, available for buyout at an in game estate, with the ability for private trade via a forum sale.

Actually it is against the rules 5.8 booth = Shops, just saying or all the shops be in the selling subform, like i stated previously 'its a matter of time'.

I didn't say that it wouldn't be moved, just that it shouldn't be deleted.

For the record: yes, any sales thread that promotes items sold via shops, shopkeepers, etc. should be in the shops section. And generally it should be one thread/shop. Not different threads for each item. (Not saying this is what's happening here, just saying this has been tried in the past.)
