Help: Crashing on Startup

Crashing whenever I launch the game on my main PC.... laptop is fine.

I can't even get into login screen w/o crashing in safe mode.

GTX 1070 x2
i7-3770k
256 samsung evo ssd
windows 10 64-bit

reinstall didn't work... reinstalling drivers didn't work..

oh well i didn't need to cycle peds anyways i guess. Time to wait until tomorrow for MA to give me a reply while i'm at work and can't do anything about it. terrific.
