god that sucks

good luck getting any peds from support i have took multiple screenshots of bugs that cause me to lose ped and they wont even reimburse me on that when i have proof even, sorry to hear that but im sure you will get some reply about due to a core dynamic in the game we cannot give you any kind of reimbursement lol at least thats what i get from them.
 
Hmmz, those TP'ing to CP, send support to get refund of the peds then.

The servers are down, :( nothing we can do, everyone up there is stuck, and events and tickets etc, everything gunna be a big mess and headache now :/

been down for almost an hour and a half now. :mad:
 
There should be a check before TPing to CP, or CND that the server is working, before it takes the peds for the TP fee... to prevent this from happening in the future.
 
thx for the 3 first events was fun :)

was able to watch sweden take gold and bronze in 15+15km ski instead :)

damn mindark really needs someone to work the night shift on support related issues would really be nice for the folks that dont live in europe to be able to get support during the day when we play in order for me to get help I have to wait til like 3 or 4 in the am here before ma goes to work :(
 
I for one wont spend a dime till is get a refund for my 3 failed attempts. Did not realize it charged me the first time. So tried again and 3rd time tried to log into a dome with no success. Dang living life on a budget.

oh ya they should also give LA owners a 24/7 support number to call where if things such as this happen they can have their servers reset and such especially cnd or cp servers hell honestly the la owners should have access to the server to at least give it a reboot.
 
That is what you guys get for laughing at my connection issues during the dome 2 event. The servers had died!
 
So moral of the story Star wins! time for us all to move on to other things lol

Oki dome 1 event starting now :S

I will try my best to get all tickets refunded. I don't know who was registered for D1 and D2 events though :/
 
you shoulda gone for that red phone estate enhancement option. :laugh:

indeed like i was saying a 24/7 telephone support is needed for la owners it would save ma, the owners, and the players a big pain in butt or my other opinion give the owners access to log in remotely to their server and reset it.
 
I was registered for dome 1 event under Kaia Kadijah VonHildegarde.

well i registered for d1 event, i sent in support to ma about all this crap as im sure some of you did as well i imagine we are stuck til ma decides to go back to work on monday this is not cool its like taking crack away from crackheads now we are gonna have to check into rehab and go thru the withdrawals :p I also made the suggestion of offering the phone support for la owners but anything that costs ma money usually doesnt happen I wonder if I figure out how to hack eu for free ped if I can simply tell them due to a core dynamic in your programming I can keep the peds cause thats what they basically tell me when they screw me over. and oh ya my ava name is toxin SG burn.

Needed the nap anyway...if only someone in the event was dating ma's community director...they could call them to fix this...too bad!
 
Oki, server back, DOme 1 event is running, I guess nothing can do about that now :S

sry for all those who wanted to register, or tired and coudln't TP. etc. :/ whole situation is not fun.
 
Dome 1 event is running, and D2 event still listed to run later aswell...

I guess we try to salvage what we can :S have fun!

I still can't login, but others seemed to be able to. I've tried 4 times, still won't let me since others are able.
 
i'm online. too late to register for the d1 event tho, ofc.
 
Really bad timing for server issues :S

Anyone who was registered for any event, that they missed, lemme know I will refund all.

D1 event going on atm, only like 7-8 people were registered, only 4 in the dome or so :(, as compared to the normal 15-20.

D2 event is still listed and starts in 90 mins or so.
 
not your fault at all Buzz. Lets just hope MA, FPC, or who ever they are takes care of the situation in good manner.

was odd going outside playing catch and talking to people lmao.

I had filed a support case which was hardly longer than my post and just had it updated...
Support staff apologized for being slow to respond and informed me the TP fees had been reimbursed! :wtg:
