53 days passed, and funds were returned to my ped card???? Anyone else have this happen? I’m guessing I need to resubmit it now…..

Never mind I’m an idiot. I need to upload my id again. Had my old email attached to my acccount.

No, you're not. One can forget something, so what. The question is why you're never notified when something's missing, instead they just let the whole waiting period pass silently until you start wondering. I've heard this same story from multiple sources now.

It is not Mindarks responsibilty to correct individuals mistakes ... Such is life really ... We can all bash MA all day for many things that arent just right, this imo is not one of those things ...

It not passes silently, when i started my withdraw too, i received the e-mail in 1-2 days about my ID is old and they want me to upload a new ID for the withdrawal.

That would be good. Then everybody who reported this previously had some problem with getting their email, either caught in spam or something technical. I just found the number of times I saw this implausible. Happy to learn if this isn't the case.

This was my fault, since my account was created so long ago I had my old email attached to it. An email was sent to that address to tell me I needed to upload id again as it is only good for 2 years. I will resubmit withdrawal now that information has been updated. We shall see if it takes 50 days again….

Very wierd and disturbing. One thing is when they do not react on some kind of bug but this is very seroius because whole concept of game is based on possibility to withdrawal. Keep us informed and maybe do again support case.

Withdrawal on 11th of August
Committed 22nd of October

Probably in account in a day or two.

51 business days, even with discussions with support regarding the withdrawal.

Good job MA.

Have MA ever officially addressed why it takes so long... (aside from the community speculation that it is to avoid chargebacks - however if someone hasn't deposited for say 3 months... this issue sorta goes away)

I've been pondering a withdrawal but not feeling very inspired by these times....

Swedish Business Days: 48

Less than 50 days. I'm happy with that.

Not sure on "official". The rationale I've heard is that every withdrawal is handled manually and investigated with care so as to ensure no fraud or money laundering has taken place.

50 Swedish Business Days is standard processing time with this game, and has been for over a decade. I've deposited large amounts and taken out large amounts and never been denied a withdrawal once. My shortest withdrawal was probably around 38-40 days, and my longest went around 65 or so. The withdrawal and deposit system has been safe in my experience, but it's slow. I wish it were faster, but I don't think it changes any time soon. Who knows.

Once it goes over 50 Swedish Business days you should be creating support tickets and inquiring as to why, before that time frame don't waste their time or your time making a ticket.

Hope this helps.

Maybe if I do one then I'll just tell them to look at pedflow center XD

I took a "little" bit longer than expected.

When we initiate a withdraw, there is a column of information from MA on the right side of the website:
The time frame between submission of a withdrawal request and payment is primarily due to the risk of chargebacks. The large majority of deposits are made via credit cards, while withdrawals are made directly to the account holder's bank account. Chargebacks can be submitted up to six months after deposit, but most frauds are discovered within two month. After 50 business days, the risk of chargebacks is minimal while giving MindArk time to perform internal security checks.

What's fair is fair.
