are swedish holidays includet ? ... i think they got a lot dont they ? a swe can help here maybe :D ?
also a lot are around the summer time since that time matters a lot to those nations ... still a swe can tell so i dont have to look it up xD ?

If this is your first withdraw it may take longer than expected. If I remember correctly my first withdraw was like 60+ business days while others were getting their withdrawals weeks ahead of me(this was over 3 years ago now).

Just an observation, and granted not everyone shows their withdrawals but from what we can see, looks like they've paid out much higher than normal amounts over the last 3 months

haha appreciate the good words and sharing your personal experience. i just got an update from support and they said i should have it early next week.

fingers crossed ^^

56 days is still not the longest.

I am sure it will not be much longer now, your first withdraw does sometimes take longer than the average. MA's average time is always changing lol

However now I am in communication with support, they said something about needing more investigation and they asked me where the PED comes from. Sent them the required info and we're back to waiting

It maybe just me but I don't understand why Mindark would ask such a thing.

It's their game, they have logs for everything. Asking the user from where the PED came, sounds so unprofessional. Looks like your are not even supposed to withdrawal...

(My answer would be: It's your f*cking game, find out yourself)

I can only imagine the number of abuse attempts, so I assume they do everything they can to filter the "bad withdrawals" from the legit ones I don't know.

I just replied with the details they have requested, no need to argue when I am finally starting to see light at the end of the tunnel :)
 
I mean for a start it is strange for them to ask you that, but adding caution to the wind in this instance I would say it was justified. If you was a pretty new account and they have no deposit history on your account etc then that would warrant them to ask such questions. Because if you never deposited into the game and you are trying to withdraw a large amount of peds on such a new account. That would warrant them to ask questions no?

I mean looking at your forum account you joined only in April 2025? it would be a bit sus no?

Just my opinions of course. If you have deposited and the withdraw amounts are similar to the amount you are trying to withdraw then it is all good. But obviously something does not add up and that is why MA is asking these questions.

But on the other hand MA will see everything anyway, they have logs for everything you have done and also every trade you have done. Yes they state trades are not refundable etc. But they still get a log of everything you do in the game.

But if they thought something fishy was going on would they not have just suspended your account because it got flagged by their systems? Do they not have systems in place that detects fraudulent activity? I would have guessed they would?

deposits far outweight withdrawals in my case . about 1200$ish in deposits and withdrawal is 400$ish
