Ok, well then I do not know why they are asking you these questions then, unless when they checked your logs they found some unusual trades or activity that does not make any sense to them? Other than that I am honestly just guessing but logical guesses lol

I had had accounts in the past, and they are asking me about it since as you saw I only returned in april, so they're clearing that up before clearing the withdrawal I guess! :)
 
Oh, but did you close those old accounts properly before you made this new account?

When you close your account you usually have to let support know first so they can make sure it is closed so you do not break the ToS.

yes, i only have a single active account, old one got closed :)

As you can see in this thread there are people that got it in 70 days and even more days. Crying and moaning here and writting BS wont help you. Just follow instructions, message or even call the office if it goes to like 80 or more days. Not when its still in MAs "normal" range.

55 working days if i did it right!

I didn't even realize they had sent me the money - i missed their email and today just decided to check but it's been in my account for 3 weeks already!
