maybe b/c MA wont support their recent event, they are unable to release results... and have thus shut down the forum in an effort to not take any more abuse from the player base.

That mob is a terranix and is actually implemented into the game, just not released on the planet. The cyrene devs occasionally spawn some of them on their shared loot events
