You can even see 4 igit loots popping up now and then from them. Still it's rare.
 
my biggest loot on these was less than 10 pedder.
this mobs are very good for get muscle oil and some paint cans , not more.
GRATZ on your 971 ped loot!
 
All I can say about daikibas that if someone gets a hof on them is ultra lucker :)
 
Any update on LA's with low maturity and high numbers of baby Daikis for the Iron challenge?

(and thats what I look for, think I know all the usual good spawns but those are too crowded for my taste)
 
So since MA took the only decent young Daik spawn out of swamp camp...

Anyone know of some good places to hunt youngs for the missions?

Not sure where to post this. Was out grinding away on the new spawn 2 TP I jumps East of Port Atlantis Marina and got two of these. Wake up Balance manager!!!

Not a common, but known drop from daikiba. Maybe those are more dangerous than they seem to be lol O.O

Haven't you heard? They are verocious creatures, hunting in packs of up to fifty creatures they hunt down and kill many of the Calypsian Wildlife. Argonauts are their favorite dish.

Daikiba use their dusks to dig out roots, so obviously they would from time to time dig up some other things too.

Seriously though, its not an uncommon loot. Maybe not quite as common as from Argonauts themselves (and why are they carrying around argonaut skulls, huh?) but there isn't a large difference in the rates, if any.
 
Gah went to Swamp camp no Spawn now. Wheres a good grinding area for these suckers??

They seems do drop also Regeneration chip I (L) - i got one, during my 100 daikiba iron mission ( well, maybe this is normal, im bored miner, not a hunter )
 
i got regeneration chip 1 L too, also a corrosive attack chip L. Most of them (young maturity) i have seen in cape corint. Also i have seen some daikibas, but few youngs, near twin peaks. a little north and west. but haven't explored half of map so maybe there are location with better spawn.
 
maybe someday we will get a LA owner willing to do iron or bronze challenge daikiba....please....

AOL #65 used to have the lower Daikiba but the spawn was matured, good spot now for Bronze challenge with max maturity.

For iron challenge, try east of PA, go along beach and across the river, past the small lakes (little white spots on map), to the dark green area just past the lakes. Young - old and high density, in a fairly small area, similar to the old swamp camp daikiba hill spawns. There are nomally a few other players there though.

yea, thats a nice skill place! also got a 980 ped daikiba young, at same place.

I have finished the Iron 10k mission where do you get the bronze I can't seem to find it?
 
630,751 are the coords folks are talking about for the good spawn of youngs...

seems like a nice little group
 
no more spawn, east of PA. Just that you don't run for noting to this empty place!
 
Short question:

Does Daikiba still exist or is it completely replaced by Shinkiba ????

If someone could post some still existing Daiki spawns I would be very happy.
