Nanobots are crafted and the blueprints are looted from Mind Reavers. The nano bots can be consumed (much like Skill Implants) but they last for only 1 hr each. There are three different kinds if I remember correctly (accuracy, more damage on crits, HP). They are pretty useful but not for their current prices. It is just much better to use enhancers at 220% then it is to use those.
