Deconstruction Tool/Skill/Profession

I think it would be cool to have a tool that could deconstruct broken Limited items. Instead of TT them, have a tool to be able to break them down to the components that made them.

I like the idea but dont know if it would work.
The idea fits well with the story because if you goto other planets you will try to recycle at much as possible.

The deconstruction parts total value (TT value parts + MU + decay tool + skills) then should have a higher value then then TT value of the Limited item else people will not use it.
