decrease all 'screens' to one item point.

bink video is long gone and is never coming back. It's sort of ridiculous that screens use so many item points while the same exact thing that's a sign only uses one item slot in an estate. If they actually did have video uploads available or something it may justify the cost, but it's not, and likely never will be.

It would be great if we could upload multimedia videos. I noticed they are ‘enabled’ on those but wasn’t sure if it was possible or not. I guess you are confirming it is not possible to upload videos..
