Help: depositing problem with ukash

just wondering if any of you people use ukash to deposit ?
i have tried it today and am having problems with it, the card is valid as i phoned up ukash to find out if it was, but when i try to deposit on the planet calypso site it says that it is not valid.
anyone else had the same problem ?

i use Ukash and i have had the same problem in the past, i contacted support and they upped my deposit limit apparent;y that was proble, anyhow it has worked fine ever since.

depends on the currensy on the code. If it's not on Pounds, USDollars or Euro the code need to be converted on the ukash website
