When Mindark do silly things that just annoy players such as not replying to support cases and not doing reasonable things in a reasonable length of time. I'm on the Player's Side

When Player's use exploits for years and years and dont get punished despite the fact it is the honest players that dont loot the items, don't get the prizes, dont use 24/7 macro's, dont use pet buffs etc. I'm on Mindark to do the right thing. Yeah, right.
