Divine GPS Unit ... ??

While mining on RT recently I looted via the "you have found something out of the ordinary" a Divine GPS Unit.

I have zero idea what this is... there is no history anywhere, nor any market data and no one seems to know what this is. It looks like the first one was found on June 11, at least according to and tracked by Entropialife.

If anyone has any idea what this is used for please let me know.
