Do you like the new Mayhem Format?

How is this Easter Mayhem for you?

Don't think they realize how lazy people have gotten either to grind 100% active in mayhem. It's not good for their revenue that's for sure.

Well considering 77% of us on this forum either voted "HATE it" or "have issues with it"... That should give some warning bells to @Socrates|Mindark

I mean, they fed the stray cats and now the cats won't catch the mice anymore. This is a thing of Mindark's own doing. But now those stray cats are tigers and they want more feeding - or they start taking limbs.

I would not want Socrates' job, to be quite honest. Can you imagine having to go to whatever support agent's desk and personally reproaching them, "Why are you extorting a client 50 ped an hour to pull up their deposit history they need for tax purposes?" Yikes!

Defense is ok but assault is not meant for me, also we don't need to talk about loot because there is none. I'm pretty sure this mayhem is hurting Mindark and I personally think that's good because they treat us like trash - hope they gonna find a real solution soon. i don't know how they bringt out stuff without testing or bring out stuff with bugs it's just unbelievable for me

Well, the haters have it, folks.

Personally, I don't get the fun of playing AFK and wanting a hunting format that caters to that, but clearly I live under a rock. Some people love playing a game by not actually playing it XD

To each their own, I suppose...
If I want to play a real game I have 100 of them on steam, this is just cookie clicker with peds.

I like because it will save me 1500$ that used to lose completing the redulute missions. Now I can spend that money on something more usefull IRL.

I like the evolution of mayhem because there's something for everyone, and I also regret the annihilation with the bronze gold redulite mission levels, which suited me more as I'm more of a day player who likes to play without too much stress and feel rushed.

I understand the problem with the economy and the frustration with 24/7 players.

My opinion would be that it would be more interesting to keep annihilation while giving the access limit at the end of the last stage of the mission the player has chosen to avoid 24/7.

It should be possible for all three formats to coexist, working on the last one so that it can be enjoyed by as many players as possible.

Each format is a different challenge, which could also be distinguished by different rewards.

It's like with this stuff Unl or L rivalry; let's keep everyone happy by giving them an interest in using both, and redressing any imbalances.
For the example and it's off the subject of mayhem but it traces the general idea of my thinking.
A UNL weapon has the advantage of having no market, can be upgraded with tier up and therefore consumes a crafting product, the enhancer.
An L weapon should give the advantage of being able to be used at a lower level than the Unl prerequisites; a lvl 20 profession hunting dmg and hit should be able to use a weapon with a dps equivalent to a lvl 50 or 60.

The general idea is not to go towards a no-choice by removing UNL weapons or mayhem annihilation, but to give strengths and attractions to all formats and games.

Finished 25 waves on defense, made 20 assault cuz 21-25 are anti melee i wont even bother to borrow range. Gained over 4k tokens 900 boxes and i stopped.

For those who think is a lot halloween/easter defense in old format for me was 110 tokens per hour but full action so i was getting really tired and bored fast after 5-10 hours.

So at best someone is getting near 4500 token per mayhem, or there is one repeatable ?

after you finish those waves you can still farm 24/7 (no afk) 1400 tokens per day ( with high dps )

I was able to sign on yesterday and went through a few rounds of Mayhem assault. It can become repetitive really fast. There was a bit more strategy in the version before because you could find spots out of the sun. Now there are predefined shield spots, so less strategic IMO. I also had the objective shield containers disappear in one instance and had to start over since I could not complete the objective to move on. Loot was meh which made me question the time spent in the instance. I also don't like the way the instance exits and re-enters, there just has to be a better way to do this within the instance.

I will give defense a try next time around if its still active when I have the time and motivation to sign on.

just put back in annihalation and add an anti afk timer, like something you got to pickup or you get booted.
Token generation is just to low compared to previous mayhems and this will never undo the debacle that was RM

I gotta admit, I spaced out and went back to regular mob hunting. I got some boxes and some tokens, but I know I'll never get to pull anything from the vendor when they restock it. Still, it was a bit of a diversion. Got a few codex levels out of it and a bit more agility - which is my HP =D
