Does MindArk break the European laws ?

Hey Guys,
i where asking myself if MindArk dont getting any trouble next for breaking the European laws of trading in case of take and retake money to Russia.
The case is Mindark is a swedish company and for all you geography loosers it lays in Europe.
Lastly fact is there is a trading stop from Europe and USA(G7 now) to Russia.

Now tell me my why Russian PPL could depo and withdraw longer without problems...
As far i know there are some new Rules for trading now and if they get broken there whould be a !!!punishment!!!.
I dont want to anger any Russian friends of my own ingame but thats a fact that must be cleared immediatelly before i whould invest any in these company longer.

I dont want to confront anybody but that must be cleared up!

MindArk will consult their own legal advisers if there is a change to international trading laws that affects their business, and make any decisions based on that, not on a player forum discussion thread.
