Question: Does reload speed buffs affect resource gathering?

Will my harvest tool work faster/get more pulls out of trees with a reload buff? Or does it only affect weapons?

Does it also affect the RK-5 repair tool? Would make skilling faster, does it affect mining excavators? Does it affect faps? Etc.

I would imagine it affects all reloads (the blue bar)

Don't want to go investing a crapload of money into reload without knowing for sure though. Otherwise reload is useless to me as a tamer, just makes it harder to tame if I attack faster.

a miner might be the best to ask, if it speeds upto extracting, it should be the same for everything?

it speeds up healing tool; so I would imagine it speeds up every tool. Not tested it yet in mining; but if you give me ring/helmet I'm glad to test it out.
