Domestic only cards?

Is there any way to make a US Domestic only prepaid gift card in to a deposit in EU other than using the one card to buy a non-domestic only card and using that? Just curious.

depends on the card... i've used a US domestic only card with EU, just as a normal card. does the card you're referring to have a buy online without a card option? like a website where you login and they give you a virtual debit card number to use online only. if they do, use that.

since it's so hit and miss, I might try paysafecard. Never messed with that til now, or even realized there was a place to
get them nearby... (was one less than a block away, and I didn't realize it til now - and now the store just closed this week - figures... another one is about half hour drive)

might have to check it out... either that or start with the bank again... actually paysafe may be cheaper than banks?
