Double Plated?

Hi, I scanned someone today, just for fun, and saw the following:

Does this bug still exist? Is it still possible to double plate?
Or is the scanner system bugged?

As far as I know its just a scanner issue as you'll see other parts without plates. They just show in the wrong place

Scanning people will show you they wear 2 plates per armor part. I believe this was also a bug, that you could wear 2 plates, but it was quickly fixed, I think.
