All mobs drop the armor pieces and each mob drops different upgrade materials needed.

after many many otis kills i finally looted 1 armor piece they dont drop enough at all gonna take 20 years for a full perfected set to be made

Dont kill otis go to medium ones more mobs killed more parts :

That's what MA wants you to do shoot years&years. FYI not the music band
