Easter Mayhem Annihilation Redulite and Easter Eggs..

I am stage 6 so acordingly to the stages description reward i should have 12 Easter Eggs ( 4 for stage1, 4 for stage 3 and 4 for stage 5)! I have only 9!!! I did not use any so why i am missing 3? You can have only 9 at the time? Is a bug?
I ask here because probably support will answer me after 1 month! I have an open tiket to transfer my Entropia Pocket to an other device, i provided ID photo 1 week ago and still waiting for them to answer...

Same there, missing Easter eggs also. Looks like some bug.
Support need some improvements for sure!!!

It is stage 5 that is wrong - I picked gold and I just completed stage 5 and it states 3 but I got only 1.

So yes it is not just affecting redulite!
