Price Check Easter Ring 2018

my opinion is 35~40k given the recent appetite for skill gain and rarity of the E18 specifically

What do we get with the Easter 2018?
Life steal 2%
Reload 15%
Regen 25%
Inc crit 20%
Inc health 25 points
Skill gain, laser, blp, blades 15%
The main eco things you can get in a perfected ares.
Perfected ares: 7.5-8k
14% reload
14% increased crit
1.2% focus blow
So how much is 2% life steal, 1% reload, regen, 6% inc crit, HP, 15% skill increase worth?
You can't max focus blow with this ring without using another, non-ring, item.
Easter 2021+perf ares would max the focus blow. But easter 2021+easter 2018 would not
Easter2021+perf ares would cost 28-30k
Halloween 2020 seems to go for 14-16k and that has 55m autoloot as well but lacks the 15% reload speed and inc crit....
Skillgain only affect Laser, BLP and blades so I don't know why this would raise the price that much. If you need skills it is better to cycle boxes and get skill pills.
The main things that give this a price bump is the life steal, reload speed and HP
I would say 20-25k would be more in line with the buffs you could get from other rings
