Eco Enhancers?

Eco enhancers are reported to reduced decay costs, does anyone have experience using them and if so would you be able to answer a few queries I have about them?

• Does the inmprovement in DPP result in a noticeable improvement in Optimal Loot returns (less shrapnel)?
• Do the economy enhancers in anyway impact dps/gun performance?

I've been unable to make sense of them so far so any input would be appreciated.

DPP and TT returns are no longer coupled. They simply reduce decay. In L items, where they are more practical, they will prolong the use of the item. Particularly useful for tiering. In some cases, they will result in improved efficiency, ever so minor.

it doesn't make sense to use them at current MU that is. If it's free then obviously a good choice
