Try to make a fruit test to figure out decay, should help out with the pricing :cool:
 
Eh, i tried to do a fruit test, and realized that i do not have enough electro skills to use it :rolleyes: Dammit! lol
 
You should be able to use it even if not skilled enough, as long as your NeoPsion implant is above the min requirement level - in this case a neopsion 30.
 
I have a neopsion 30 inserted, and when i try to equip the chip it tells me i do not have the experience needed to use it yet. My electro hit/dmg are 11/25
 
interesting...'required' level...
