I am not that surprised, the timing sucks, points to note :

+ Server just back up
+ around 11am GMT - all of UK/Europe either at work or as school holidays just started taking the kids on holiday - weather is boiling
+ all of the USA are asleep
+ for me at least all my ped is gone and there is not loot from migratiion mob for me atm
+ I and prolly a few others have quite a bit of ped tied up in loot for viceroy armour
+ summer is here I want to spend money on taking kids out so no money to depo in EU


Having said all that I have never seen Twin that dead

Ok slightly off post - check the chat log - 3 Av's incl. Mr Stryker HOF'd on 1 ped mutated Aurli bone, ? or these just HOF's cos the server was reset and all HOF's go again from zero
