Had a bid on prison cell for 1.1k peds via forum at 8:05pm forum time (So may may UK time?).

I'm not sure how forum time works. I suspect it's different depending on which country your viewing it in. Anyone know?

If I get offers via PM on forum I'll call them bidder numbers and give time as shown to me. So first one to bid via pm becomes bidder 1 and second would be bidder 2 and so on...

Thank you. It now says posted at 4:43. So seems it's the same as in game time.

Current highest bid on apartment is 1k peds.
 
To spice things up I've halved the buyouts on both! Allowing the one with initiative to grab both while others are sleeping in the sun...

Toulan apartment is small. I don't remember the item points etc. I only used it as a ticket for the free warp flights.
