enhancers have a 'base' number of uses and then they break randomly correct?

so what is stopping someone from using each enhancer x amount of times, then unequipping and selling them? the person who buys these used enhancers would skip the entire 'base' number and go straight to the random breakage.

i'm pretty sure this is why some break sooner than others, i've had 3 break in 10 uses before and i know its because some scumbag sold me used enhancers. i'm making a list of possible used enhancer sellers and never buying from them again.

I think same. some times they break really too fast. Usable for less as 10 bombs!
