hi,
my phone got damaged and icant use entropia pocket so i send support case on 1.05 about it and it take so long to take respond, no wonder you have problems finding new people to play game with real casch if it takes so long to solve simple problems

yea i store it, just dont remember where, beside if you send your ID usually it wnet smooth, but not this time

Had the same issue, joined their official discord, made a post in the support section 5 minutes later the problem was solved. Had the ticket up for 7 days before i reached out in the discord.
