You have to understand that we are human. We make errors.
Countless times companies have tested software in house only to have error once service goes live.
In coding, a simple . / or even just a (space) will cause chaos - Human error.
Reality is, it isn't the end of the world just because you can't play a game for a few hours.
Relax, take a breath. Enjoy sum outside time, or watch a movie.

This is just propaganda and inducing a fake problem. it is not about inability to play for a few hours. You make it about players. Is about MA doing things wrong time and time again! Is about trust in MA and in this game. Considering the amount of money in this game they should do much much better if they would care about players . It seems for MA is about extracting as much money as they can without caring about players. If u respect your player base u cant screw it every damn patch...
