Has anybody contacted support lately?

I've submitted a case a week ago because I can't log on and my Gold-Card needs to be 're-synchronized' but I have yet to get a response from then at all?

I'm starting to get a little annoyed with the situation to say the least.

This is 3rd or 4th time I've seen people saying this (or similar) in-game or on forum in the past week.

Would someone from Mindark care to comment?

I don't put in many and when I do they take anywhere between 5 hours to 2 day to reply. Opened up a case this last week and already on my second reply to them about the new President of EU program.

Anyone else having a problem with "re-synchronizing" the Gold Card?

I thought it could be done from the website but cant find an obvious path to it.
 
Just an update for you guys...

I opened a new case under 'Account and Fund Transfer' and they responded in like 5 hours and reset my card.

:)

They must prioritize that subject matter over the others..
 
I may do that also, opening new case in wrong category.

I have opened a bug report on 19/08/2015, asked for news on 04/09/2015, asked again on 30/10/2015 then asked an ETA on 01/12/2015.
There is no bugs in Entropia, if you find one, exploit all the way.
 
Same here, support don't answered any questions and help to solve the problem.
My first contact 22. August got a request fast at the same day, then after over 2 1/2 month with some information and ask about the status - no answer anymore and the support case is at the status "open" shame on it!

Last week on the 2th of December i open a new support case with a other problem - no respond till today.
 
Ok...yes ...sometimes MA is slow but all my supports was in the time!!!

Really i have no idea why others ppls have problem (...i believe that can happen but maybe exist and a reason for this!!!)...im in game for only 14 months and im not have any problem from supporting...:)
