I just wanted to log into my account on the eu website. But the server is not responding. The message appears.

Can anyone confirm this?

This is a very common issue lately:

Can't log on to my account on the EU website.

As it says, I can't log on to my account on the EU website and the support page is not loading either.

Try if it works on your phone, on a different IP (WiFi off). If it works, use the chatfunction on the site and let them know that you're having issues. The problem usually fixes itself after 24 hours (don't try to log in on the IP that isn't working in meanwhile).

Just minutes later, I had to call Live Support again. I have a new cell phone and the pocket app wasn't working. Deactivated it on the old one and then it didn't work. No QR code for the new phone. Again, Live Support quickly explained to me what I had to do and how. It's a really good setup.

I've got the same issue, both trying to log in to the game and the support page. I've tryed to contact support by mail, but all I get is an autoreply telling me to use the support page, but since I can't login there it doesn't realy help.
I do not have the phone app either so I'm have no clue how to solve this.

Where can I find this live chat? Is it only in the phone app? If so that unfortionaly doesn't work as when I install the app it tells me I have to log in to my account on the support page activate 2 factor uthentication. But I can't login to my acount on the support page, that is the problem to begin with as I only getthe message "Server not responding properly. Please try again later."

But when I try to log in to the Entropia Universe site I get the "Server not responding properly. Please try again later.". It's kind of a catch 22 for me. I need to login to get help with not being able to log in.
When trying to send a support case stating my mail-adress, I only get the autoreplay telling me to log in to file a support case. If I mail support from a mail adress that is not conncected to an account I get no answer.
I apreciate you trying to help though.

Just had a look. You don't have to register. If you go to the Entropia Universe page, you will find the live chat at the bottom left
