how to resolve this error? tried reinstalling game on 200 mbps fiber... (in our country internet is very cheap) but getting this error again and again.

Did some quick searches, most common responses were: Update graphics drivers, Update BIOS, turn of XMP if on, slightly undervolting gpu (90-95%), turn off vsync, use hdmi if using dvi port, turn off anti-aliasing in game or nvidia control panel, and lastly a registry entry change that you can find on easeus site under the dxgi error.

I have this same error too since Entropia stopped working on Win 7 and I installed on a Win 11 laptop.

Sounds to me like a conflict or a corrupt version or driver.

Try:

Settings > System > Storage > Temporary files. Delete the DirectX shader cache. It will rebuild.
