Stay tuned! We’ll be updating this thread later today with all the details, including:
  • The final list of competitors in the event
  • The catwalk teams
  • The order of categories on the catwalk
  • Rules for the judges
  • The link to our music Discord server, where Shadowsong and I will be live broadcasting the show. And you will be able to see the show from a Nun's view (if Nun can get it to work :D ) and interact with us through chat.

We’re just a few hours away from the big event, taking place at the iconic New Oxford Catwalk.

Here’s everything you need to know about tonight's event.


Categories
The participants will showcase their styles in the following categories, presented in this order:
  1. Casual
  2. Freestyle
  3. Combat
  4. Formal

Participants
Below are the teams for each category, split into Female and Male groups. Participants will enter the catwalk in the order listed.

Evening's Agenda

Backstage Preparations
Participants will be teamed up and lined up backstage, ready to take the spotlight.

Opening Speech
TheNun, Master of the Church of Lootius, will kick off the event with a brief and joyful speech, spreading Lootius' blessings to all.

Catwalk Showcase
  • Participants will walk the catwalk one by one in the planned order above
  • They’ll step out, strike a pose, add a little flair with a shake of their hips, then walk back and out again.

Judging
  • Judges will score each participant on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the best.
  • Every participant will receive a score.
  • Prizes will be awarded for each category and gender.

Tiebreaker Rules
If participants tie for a position (e.g., a shared first or second place), the lowest position will be removed. For example, if there’s a tie for first place, no third place will be awarded, but the third place will move up to second place, and both top-winners will recieve a first place prize.

Prizes
All prizes will be distributed at the end of the competition.

Live Broadcasting & Commentary
Join Shadowsong and TheNun for live casting of the event from TheNun's perspective on the Church of Lootius' Discord Event server, Lootius’ Sanctuary.

Bonus: If you’re lucky, you might even catch a wave from us on the live cam!

How to Join the Fun
Step 1: Join the server using this link: Lootius’ Sanctuary Discord
Step 2: You’ll be added to the visitor group upon joining.
Step 3: Access the voice channel in the Calypso Fashion Extravaganza! Category to view the live broadcast.

Important
Only Shadowsong and TheNun will be able to speak, stream, or use video.
All attendees can listen, watch, and interact via the voice channel chat.

Extra Treat: Music videos will also be added throughout the evening to keep the vibe alive!

Ohhh I wish everyone Good Luck in show!

Unfortunately, I couldn't get anyone into work to do my Saturday mornings irl so I have to leave it in the capable hands of Lykke and Shadowsong.

I will be there in heart and mind in attendance until I am able to get home for all the fun! :yay::wtg:

my plan is to join on the premise of just enjoying a social event for the first time since so long.

Used to be partying on Freaky Fridays, with Omerta Society we used to always create fun events in and around Twin Peaks...miss those days
