FASHION FUN CONTEST
With the theme;

You & Your Pet!

(The first contest in a series of contests this year.)
Organized by; Leeloo Mountain & Catiana Cat Well
Post will be updated with Sponsors, Contestants & Prizes

Put on your best Fashion Clothes & compete with your Pet.
Male & Female prize categories
1.Contestants will be Judged on Style & Creativity of Clothes or combining of Clothes.
2.Contestants will be Judged on How their style compliments their Pet.
3.Contestants will also be Judged on how well they Perform on the Catwalk with their Pet.
Show us Your personality! & Most of All HAVE FUN!
We encourage Practice walking on the Catwalk with your Pet to gain Confidence & Show Off!

First: You must have a pet, borrow one if needed.
Second: What you wear is up to you, I am sure there will be many clever outfits.
Lastly: One walk on the catwalk with your pet for 1 minute.

1.Contestants will be Judged on Style & Creativity of Clothes or combining of Clothes.
(This mean you can wear anything you want, including armor.)
(Of course creative coloring & texturizing are included in this.)
(You may also use mind chips for effects or carry something with you like a torch, weapon...etc. )


2.Contestants will be Judged on How their style compliments their Pet.
(This means if you & your pet look Great together, matching colors or textures
or simply complimenting each other will be in your favor.)

3.Contestants will also be Judged on how well they Perform on the Catwalk with their Pet.
(This means you may dance or jump around with your pet on the catwalk. Whatever feels good to you.)
(You will have NO more than 1 minute on the catwalk with your pet)

I strongly advise everyone to practice on the catwalk! the pets can easily fall off or get in your way!

You may wave, throw kisses, dance (or other emotes) & have your pet perform it's tricks with you,
for your turn on the catwalk.

Contestants should arrive an hour early to get in line & do a practice walk.

I will send an email to contestants to remind them of day & time & to come early if possible.

I really wanted to keep it simple, so Everyone will feel they can enter. It is mostly about Creativity & Fun.

Everyone invite your friends! There will be random prizes for the audience!

I had sent ladyleigh a wee message with some ideas of things that could be added to the thread that might have been helpful:) There were a few things that it would be really great to know as a potential competitor, maybe it would be better if I ask them here? As I know myself I'd like to know a bit more about it before entering :)

Would you be so kind as to tell us from a competitors perspective what is required of them in the first part. Are there classes to be entered, categories, and whats the scoring based on? Is it things like -

~Colours and textures - inspired combinations, clever use of colour and texture.
~Clothing, make up and accessories - how well they complete the outfit and suit the avatar
~Over all look - the general picture the avatar creates.
~performance - Ability to own the cat walk and secure the judges attention.
~Pet - complimentary to the over all look, correct interaction.

Or something completely different? Just so people know what to aim for :)


Back when we did the fashion events, there were much less combinations of colours, textures, clothes available. It was almost more fun as you had to work really hard to be different. Now with the influx of options, it would be really helpful for people to know exactly what they need to do to win.
