The Feffox Mayhem event was a big success, with over one million of the ferocious creatures slain by brave colonists trying to contain the horde. The Imperial Zoological Scouts wishes to extend its gratitude to those colonists who assisted in collecting over 400,000 Feffox Sacs that will be invaluable in researching a scientific solution to the Feffox infestation.
Until such a solution has been developed, the existing Feffox Nests remain a hazard to all Calypsians. Hunters are encouraged to continue their efforts at keeping the Feffox population under control while IZS scientists work feverishly analyzing the Feffox sacs.

X5 t7 + arsonistic, cave 1 80%, cave 2 20%. didn't have armor for higher ones, plus the smaller ones died the fastest

Wow! Though 3.5k points would place me in top 100, guess was wrong ... not complaining though, loot was kind to me and tbh is a joy to see so many hunters active in EU Gratz to the winners, most of you took a lot of loss and effort to get there, that's something to be appreciated.

On a short calc that means about 2,300 billion HP killed within those 2 weeks. Considering an average dpp of 2.9 (although surely the real one is bellow that) results in an estimated roll in ammo,amps & weaps of about 8 billion PEDs or 800K USD, not counting armor & fap decay or overkill ... now that's impressing, have to admit

Congratulations to all winners and to MA for organizing a great event that also appealed and was fun for the lower range of players.

I do have some comments though:

40 hours in less than two weeks? I'm a guy with a day job, his own company in his spare time and a kid and a wife...true, I'll have less time then most. But even giving every bit of spare time I got, I got only to 12 hours (for about 1800 points I think it was).
My point is: I loved it, just wished that they'd spread it out a bit longer, giving everyone an even chance to complete the full 40 hours. 3-4 weeks would have been nice.

The other comment is: let such events pass over or begin at the start of the month, which for many is a "high ped" period, after the pay came in

EDIT: Adding another but....too bad there isn't 100 prizes....I mean how shitty would one feel to be at for example place 21 and see the guy at place 100 getting a prize. :-s

Other than that...big up for everyone involved (players and devs)

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you are saying. I was surprised to see you all the way down at 100. Gratz for the prize.

What i was saying is that i find it hard to believe that such high scores can be achieved without exploiting defects in the system. I'm not disputing that most of those players had really high dps and killed a ton of mobs, just that the scores they got can't be explained by that alone.

Talking to a friend that already hunts in the cave and jump in when the good sacks start to drop then exit. I saw some of the top 20 do this to. That might explain why ppl that know each other are in the top 20
