Hey all just want to share my very first try at making a mask , pretty obvious who the mask is of too
what you all think :)

not bad for a first try! I know how hard it is to draw them accurate!
maybe try to make black lines around the eyes, that could give you a more intense look

Since I've never played with masks, I have some questions:

* I understand its all freehand, but can we erase things?

* Is there a symmetry-lock option? (ie left/right matching)

* Is there an UNDO option - if so how many steps of undo?

* And does it cost if we erase as well?

* Is there wastage for over-writing?

* Can we ABORT anytime without cost?

* And are sessions saved over multiple logins? Or do we have to do it in 1-sitting?

* What is an approximate cost in makeup per session like above?

* Besides the mask, which makeup items are required to do the above?

Thanks.

Yes there is makeup remover rough and smooth that lets you erase as well as draw.

* Is there a symmetry-lock option? (ie left/right matching)

Right and Left use to be mirrored, not anymore you have to draw freehand both sides.

* Is there an UNDO option - if so how many steps of undo?

Yes you can undo all the way back to the first brush stroke.

* And does it cost if we erase as well?

Yes the cost is cost of remover whichever you use. Undoing has no costs.

* Is there wastage for over-writing?

No

* Can we ABORT anytime without cost?

Yes you can cancel at any time and abort without it costing you anything.

* And are sessions saved over multiple logins? Or do we have to do it in 1-sitting?

Yes it will store your last working session only over any amount of logins.

* What is an approximate cost in makeup per session like above?

You use 1 makeup of each type you use only, even if you come back to using that makeup type again later in mask it still only uses 1 item of makeup for the final mask.

* Besides the mask, which makeup items are required to do the above?

I will leave the creator answer this question, I can speculate but he knows for sure.

Mask looks good, much better then my first attempt :D

really? that must be new, but cool that it does that now!!!

To do a makeup session you only need 1 makeup thing, no matter what. you can start via the action library using "start beauty session" and then just drag the makeup on your face and start drawing. (note some items only draw in their specific sections like lipstick will only color your lips) the fine edges you have to do with remover, it is more acurate to use than the other stuff

To "save" your work you need a makeup mask, drag it in the window that did pop up when starting the makeup session. if I remember right it will show you the final costs when you click to save it.

Important: ONCE YOU HAVE SAVED A DESIGN ON A MASK THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE IT.
no undo, no remover, no adding of more makeup

Thanks for the replies guys , I appreciate the interest , well from what I have noticed is that with all the materials , the cosmetic pen is the best for strong color plus the fact you have to go over it more than once , other than that you have

Face paint
Cosmetic pen
Blush
Lip gloss
litter spray
Eyeshadow
Foundation
Removers

I may have missed other materials

Feel free to add :)

Yes it has worked for me I have a mask I have been slowly working on for awhile now when I get a free chance. Once you Finalize and put design onto a mask your working session is over however, your working session is cleared and you start with a blank mask again when you go back to start working on a mask design again.
