So I've had a day to gently consider how I feel about the chances and potholes here.
I'll try to stick to questions:
1: Will NI fishing be integrated, scrapped or run in parallel? That's the equipment so far, the fish types and the trade-ins for various stuff?
2: Will tier 2/3 stoves work in shops too, assuming no price is put on them=not for sale?
3: Will tier 2/3 stoves work in player-built snugs on Caly plots? Can snugs still be made, by the way?
4: If yes to q3, will there be any other land plot involvement, such as a revamp of the vegetable plots system?
5: Trickier, no real response expected: what measures will be put in place to keep poorly balanced stats and errors to an absolute minimum? In recent additions we have seen errors in stats/balancing all over the place that have been shown up and changed within days, and this new feature (including food recipes) looks to be far bigger in scope than just one or two lines of tools.
6: Will stoves be usable to guests in appartments/shops, and will there be any kind of fee structure going towards the owner? (Could be the owner pays him/herself even to make things simpler for programming).
7: Will there be wider implications for buffs from other planets such as Cyrene and lootable skill pills in events, for example?
Edit: adding an 8:
8: What will the turnover per hr (tph?) ranges be like?
I ask because many players are restricting their gameplay in both hunting and mining, but would probably still be ok with turning over hundreds of peds on reasonable tasks. However, MA has introduced revamped areas such as Setesh (ok, in theory for beginners) and other fields over time where the max turnover is crazily low. The lowest is something like that unl adj *forgotten name* gun that only gets through something like 5 peds an hour, but current fishing on NI is a similar pasttime. I believe the new RDI for lower players may also only turn over something like 50 peds per hour if run several times.
This may restrict generation of whatever loots significantly, but also MA's cut I would very much expect. Why the big restrictor in so many places?
