so I am toying with the idea of selling these two neighboring apartments.

If I get a tempting offer, preferably for both at once, then I might sell, mainly I want to see if someone is interested.

No offense but if you value these at all, you're overvaluing them and that's why your having trouble selling them or even getting attention to them.

I am not super serious about getting rid of them... mostly I am bumping this thread because there is a slight chance someone out there wants them and makes me an offer.

No hurry really. Its no problem if it takes some years to sell these.
