Now i would like to ask everyone to post their thoughts,suggestions and complains or anything else they might have to say about the following events.
Price of tickets,prize of the event,time when it should be,location where i should be or what ever u feel it will help.

Nice event that last night, enjoyed it and i reckon you got the making of something good.

Difficulty is trying to keep away from the already proven Champions League formula and therefore making this event unique.

Initial thought off the top of my head, i would like the Domes alternated each week to keep some variation.
 
the domes will change every week goody or else wed all get bored fast :)
 
Ok here's another thought, looking back at the Jamhot PK rampage (https://www.planetcalypsoforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64367) why not try and introduce a celebrity PK'er into the last period of the Overburn event. Obviously some work here to organise but if you could get someone credible (dare i use the word 'Uber' or CL participant) each week, would present an added twist/challenge.

Run Overburn as a hunting (maybe look at Mining too) event but add the oportunity for particpants to try their hand at taking out a credible apponent in PVP...always a good gauging....and worth it for the bragging rights/screeny's alone.

Link it with a reward/bounty accordingly....and good opportunity for the Uber/PK'er to keep ontop of their game....could draw the crowds.

Just throwing it out there for comment......

Well if the PK'ing gets out of hand, I won't be back to participate in the event. I'd rather concentrate on hunting mobs rather than being hunted.

Maybe, similar to CL, PK'ing is allowed with 5-10 minutes remaining of the event? But not the whole match...

Anyway, event has great potential. Keep up the good work. :)
 
as promised pk`ing will only be allowed only in the last 10 mins and only on the outlaw,and for bounties.reveanges are not tolerated
 
hehe i have one for free on jam then since he came back and shot me after i won the pk prize ^^

i must say that the total loot thing is much better option than highest single loot tho .

i had great fun i might be back this friday again =)
 
the rule will ALLWAYS be most loot,since thats how my friend lee started,this is how im gona keep it.
 
Well i enjoyed Overburn II last night

I think the 'hunt the Outlaw' in the last 10 mins was good with Jamhot filling the role of the Outlaw well......:bandit: a good opponent and all pk's taken in good humour.

Opening the contest up to Miners as well also seemed ot work well.

Overall nice event, i would take what you got into Overburn III but keep the ideas coming....

Consider this also a bump...
 
Well, ofc keep the miners thing! Also the outlaw! I was killed in the last minute, not that I can say he came out of nowhere, but have no chances agaisnt his FireForge! (jamhot not only happy here to add my name to your casualties list, but also can say you are the person who has pKed me fastest ever :laugh: )


Suggestion: I woudl make the outlaw thing longer! It's prolly the funniest part of the event!
