It may be to early, but since i saw recently some people wanting a gunners list i figured - lets start one 
For the following reasons it is 'early' (even though we have had the gunner profession for 8years now):
Mindark disabled the impact of the gunner profession on mothership/privateer guns several years ago and has avoided (when questioned) to make any statement about it. The last statement being several years old that they 'will investigate' as part of a support case.
From 2011 to 2014 a higher gunner profession level meant you did more damage and hit more often, then in late 2014 mindark switched it off and since then a lvl0 gunner hits for max damage and just as often as a highly skilled one.
Gunner profession is the only hunting profession where skills are not applied.
However with a space update (after 8years) hopefully comming sooner then later and gunner profession hopefully getting fixed once mindark knows what they want to do with it a list of highly skilled gunners may come in handy for captains who someday want to defend their ships with the help of 'professionals'
In line with the other space profession lists, please only name profession level for your own avatar.
Older entries rank above newer entries if equal level.
The list is ranked by gunner hit profession as it is comprised mainly out of space skills with damage profession including many planetary skills.
