Hardcore Mayhem 4​

Hardcore society is hosting a new event on 7 out of our 8 hunting Land Areas: Takuta Plateau, Vermillion Fields, Miwak Mountain Pass, Farsight Plains, Red Sands Forrest, Greenthorne and Southshade Valley. Prize pool is ~12000 PED awarded to 6 players: to 3 HSL and top 3 most globals.

Event is powered by Entropia Central which offers one cool feature: we're able to offer is live leaderboards and live feed for the event here.

If you want to make sure all your globals are properly tracked, we suggest you run the tracker.

Event Dates:​

Start: Jun. 4th, 14:00 UTC (MA time)
End: Jul. 21st, 12:00 UTC(MA time)

Event prizes:​

1st place HSL - 1400 PED
3rd place HSL - RX OpTac X1 Arm guards (M)
5th place HSL - RX OpTac X1 Foot guards (M)

1st place most globals - RX OpTac X1 Thigh guards(M)
2nd place most globals - RX OpTac x1 Helmet (M)
3rd place most globals - 1400 PED

Event rules:​

Qualifying mobs: Araneatrox, Falxangius, Kingfisher, Oculus, Cersumon, Thorio male & female + Thorifoid Berserker and Shaman and Formidon!

There will be 3 prizes awarded to 1st, 3rd and 5th highest single loots on any of the 7 land areas AND 3 prizes awarded to top 3 number of globals on the participating mobs.
All 3 HSL can be on one mob or split between the 3 mobs. One person CAN win more than one prize in the HSL category!!!
All 3 most globals can be on one mob or split between the 7 mobs. One avatar can qualify only for one spot in this most globals category.
Event is only for solo hunters, no teams allowed.
Anyone can participate, including members of Hardcore society.
In the event our society loses control of one of the Land Areas during the event, the LA will stop participating in the the event, but any qualifying HSLs or most globals will be awarded.

Good question. Mid level player is a matter of perspective. I assume you would do just fine on all LAs, now it depends on your hunting style as well. If you want to gather all mobs on you and start shooting, you might struggle on most LAs, but young spiders, stalker falx, any maturity kingfishers should be just fine at mid level. Those are the more popular mobs.
Even the others, like Occulus, Cersumon, Thorifoids, they hit harder on an elemental protection, but you can handle handle if you hunt one mob at a time and can also handle a ninja or two.

They're mostly highest maturity, only LA with low maturity is spiders as people can't handle dense spawn as well as high maturity

Eomon Pheromone Alert – Takuta Plateau Region


The Eomon Pheromone Tracker operated by the Colonial Xenobiological Institute (CXI) has detected unusually high pheromone concentrations across southeastern Amethera. This surge appears to be causing rapid maturation and extreme aggression in local wildlife. The Takuta Plateau region seems to be the most severely affected.

A contingency plan has been activated, and efforts are underway to monitor and contain the phenomenon.

Extreme caution is advised. If you choose to enter this area, ensure you are equipped with high-grade protective gear.
