Has anyone else been getting D/C'd throughout the day?

I've been getting disconnected a lot throughout the day...

has anyone else been experiencing this? My internet isn't cutting out...
I thought maybe it was due to server congestion, but it's to the point where I just don't want to log in and maybe come back tomorrow..

Yes, many people including myself. Most of the times, solution is to go to Entropia launcher config, and set internet connection to lowest option.


I also had issue where I was disconnected from Entropia every 10 minutes, this was the reply from support:

Hi Sulje,

Thank you for contacting us.

We can see that our servers isn't receiving a response from your computer and therefore your connection is interupted.

It can be so that some ports are blocked by your router or that your firewall is blocking our servers from sending information to your computer.

The ports that should be forwarded are:

20, 21 (TCP Outbound) - Additional TCP Port outbound for passive mode FTP
80 (Outbound)
30584 (UDP inbound/outbound)
30583 (TCP Outbound)
554 (TCP Inbound)

Also turn off any VPN software if you have it installed on your computer.
