Have to say a GJ on this whole robot event

I was not around for the famous bot invasion with the jammer bots etc. but I've been around for alot of very average events , not saying they were'nt fun but they were all kinda so so , more recently I can take or leave MA events and started to think they'd all be the same in future.

but this recent robot one has me as excited as anything in EUs past - and that is really saying something

I want to a big GJ in advance to MA , I dont care if the event lives up to my expectations (I'll be skilling like mad regardless lol) ty for reignighting some of the excitment that I had started to think even EU would never give me again

lots of communications, lots of roleplay, lots of tweaks and most of all breaks the worn old template of past events, fills me with hope for what will come in the future

so big ty from an old cynical totally excited player lol

=NotA= was heavily involved with the robot invasion at Corinth in 2005, but i can remember how gutted you was that you had to log off just before we hit the jackpot. So i expect you to do your duty in the upcoming war soldier!!

I love the fact that they tested things last week and tweaked the spawns so that it worked well. I love that they're giving away some great prizes. I love that they've worked in the triple skill part. I love that there's a proper storyline of some sort. And I love that the MA Officials are discussing it with us and listening to our comments.

I really hope this is a sign of a new dawn under the First Planet Company - please keep up this great work!

Umm... are you referring to those robot recon sorties? Hopefully we showed 'em enough lead, photons, and plasma that they're gonna chicken out and pick on easier prey!

yup,im in the same boat as you kygon..as an 5 year oldplayer im feeling the same excitement i felt in the early days

me and my wife have stocked up guns/armours and are ready to rock and roll..actually first time i prepare and partake in an event in 5 years hardcorehunting

Yeah, I'm quite happy that this event isn't just focused on Hunters. Not all of us are highly skilled hunters. It's nice that I can just mine and get triple the skill points and hope to find parts, participating in the event in my own way.

you would think.. SOMEONE there would have some semblence of a tiny thought to say hey...maybe we should not PUT 50 FUCKING MILLION ROBOTS ON TOP OF A REVIVE..but I guess not...

The inability to take 5 minutes to think something thru is just mind boggling...How the fuck did they even get EU started with the dumb ass stuff that is CONSTANTLY put out here.

WOW boy was I wrong, instead of hard play all night I spend 5 hours continaully trying to fucking login.

15 hours after the event starts and I am still lying dead at hades unable to login.

thats the VERY VERY last time I get excited about anything in EU. if im not fixed within 24 hours I'll be deleting my depositing CCs from my account if it takes 48 hours I'm gonna do a 25k withdrawl......72 hours I'll take 50k out ... and so on....

next time cynical me is gonna slap excited me around the head! lol

next time cynical me is gonna slap excited me around the head! lol

i did log on got disconnected 7 times last night ... and i said "well it is the begining i'll w8 till tomorrow" this morning loged on in hades with an full x1 and 40k amo ready to kill some bots and managed to spend 5k amo and did not loot 1 mob .... managed to get my fap busy all the time ... got killed through tha wall 2 times and then i decided i'll try again next week after reviving only to see the counter starting again ...

Unbelievable ... and I totally agree that it bursts the bubble of excitement around something like this that we anticipated enjoying, only to find out that we can't. Sorry you and the others have had this experience Kygon, and while I didn't find myself in this mess, I had my own challenges trying to navigate and accomplish my own goals, only to give up and feel disappointed, like so many others. I hope this is resolved for you guys soon. I don't think the requests are unreasonable.
