Finally, after exactly 4 months of hardcore healing I managed to get the Hedoc SK-80 to Tier 3. 
The recipe itself was very expensive, at least not compared to other items, but the amount of decay needed to reach this point was very big.
I now have the 6th most eco fap in game.
With 3 heal enhancers the heal/second is a bit above Vivo UR175 which is maxed at level 45 compared to level 37

Considering the tier values for Tier 4 are even lower then for tier 3, I'll probably post the next achievement related to this fap in at least 6 months if not maybe even more
