Hiring someone to do some editing

I am making a new player walk through for the game and need someone to help me edit it for grammar and such. I am willing to hire multiple people for this position and pay in PED based on the work done. I am thinking around 5-10 PED an hour, not much but better then sweating.

Let me know if you are interested in helping.

This is a proper walk through for the game, where to go mission by mission, how to get there, everything. Text, images, videos. It is a step by step walk through of the new player experiences, all of them all spread through calypso and eventually other planets too. Something I have not seen done for the game yet.

Fun project. I may know details about various missions, welcome to ask.
 
Bring it up, still looking for an editor. I keep switching from using "we" to using "you" for example and need some other grammatical fixes.
 
Nice initiative; you can look at my mission blog in signature if you need more info. I must say thule got outdated twice since I made it. So it is hard to keep up.

May I ask how you got the ccode (referral?) on the entropia website. Is it a referral program from mindark?
I have heard of a referral program; but how to apply for it seems a mystery.

I might be able to provide you with images and if time allows proof-read it. Don't need any ped for it. I love to do things like that.

Sadly I am not at liberty to discuss about any aspects of the affiliate program. But I would love some extra assistance and images yea

I found your website on google after I was already done 90% of what your site covered, but it did help a little bit and I have sourced it for later to maybe steal some text and such as you formatted it nicely. Is that okay?

Didn´t go through it all but did you add the killing mission chains for universal ammo (snablesnot and sabakuma i think?)

If you mean Half Moon Cove for sabakuma then yes. Also grabbed the snablesnot missions but those are for after the guide for the player to have something to do, as it will typically cost a lot more then the ammo return for the snablesnot mission. Killing 150 maffiods is hard enough on a new players budget lol.

Does note that I didn't really spell-check it that much so it's prone to have some typos.


The affiliate link would be very interesting to know about. But I understand the non disclosure. I'll have to contact support/MA in due time I guess.
 
Hmm, this strikes me as a very promising, visually friendly walkthrough, and an interesting job offer as well. I already have work opportunities readily available for 5 PED per hour, but might be tempted to join if wages were shifted to somewhere around the 12-15 PED range.

It seems to me, at least initially, a bit odd that such a job pays hourly rather than by volume of completed work. What sort of schedule structure do you have in mind as a blueprint for the pace of the project (i.e., in terms of pages per hour per employee, minimum hours of commitment per week per employee, and completion time of the project as a whole), and do you have a plan in place for promoting grammatical consistency between multiple collaborating employees?

Most likely I would need just one or two people to go through it. An hourly pay might not be best your right.

If your interested we can talk about prices based on completed work rather than hourly.

20 ped to look through it and find all the times I say "we" and such, I want it to be me tellign directly so "you" is the better way.

Btw, I need a screenshot of the INSIDE of the exit of Crystal Caverns when you start the game.
 
25 PED to whoever can go through the guide and segment it into Chapters and Parts. As the Thule segment is at the start of the walkthrough.
 
Tutorial is finished being written, and now editing is being worked on. Thanks everyone.

Suggestions of game forums and other places I can share this? Also proper places I can buy advertising to place the a banner to advertise entropia and linking to the guide would be appreciated.


Also what should be on a proper banner for this game. I was thinking of advertising on bitcoin places with a line like:

PED: one of the oldest virtual currencies
Worth 10 PED to 1 USD at a locked rate for over 14 years, is the most stable game currency
