Skills do not matter on (L) items. If the 211(L) is maxed @ lvl 6 prospector, you can find the same with it as you would find with lvl 40 prospector, thats why they are maxed.
The same goes for weapons, the korss H400 (L) is relative easy to max, but you wont do more dammage if you have lvl 60 ranged laser dmg.
You get the point.
Maybe if she used an 103 amp it wouldnt have been found at all, and maybe if she didnt used an amp it would still be 100k, because it was the time to be found. meaning all mining amps are hoax. But we will never know.
