Is it on purpose that we can go over the HP limit in the Mayhem instances ? 
I guess if there's a cap, you're not supposed to be able to go over it.
when I enter the instance my HP is then properly lowered as per the soft cap.
But when I take an easter egg after that inside the instance, I notice that my HP bar moves, which shows that the HP boost takes effect.
So it's meant to be like that, or it's a bug ?
If it's a bug it will obviously be fully exploited, especially in survival.
