Glad you got help man. I wish I saw this thread before (I'm very lazy about forums lately).
Probably someone told you already but you should also monitor passing globals. It is not 100% certain but I usually get better results when there are passing mining globals. Every now and then system will simply stop giving out stuff and you can see this by complete lack of mining globals. It is wise to stop and get yourself a drink or maybe a sandwich, wait for 5 minutes and resume mining only when globals start "flowing" again. My worst series of NRFs were at those times when there were no globals. I used to check it with my soc miners and it seems like we all had huge nrf series at the same time.
